I grew up in the Chicagoland area. Although I love the Midwest and have remaining family there I decided it was time to move on to milder Winters and more days of sunshine and hiking. Colorado is a wonderful place to live and has so much to offer. Not only do I enjoy the beauty and outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer, but I especially enjoy the colorful and kind personalities that are abundant here. I am a volunteer in the community and passionate about helping others. I reside in the Front Range with my husband and son.
Why I became a Real Estate Broker ?
I decided that after years of owning and managing rental properties I would take it to the next level. I was a buyer in the purchasing department for a major corporation for about 12 years. My communication and negotiation skills were sharpened and I felt that this would add value to my broker services. I am not pushy and do not like to pressure others. I work hard and give my all to accomplish what ever task is set before me. I really do care about others and their situations in life. I truly want what is best for my clients, even if I don't get the sale. I am certified as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and as a Master Negotiation Expert (MCNE). I am experienced in helping first time buyers, buyers and sellers relocating, those selling existing homes, buying or selling rental and vacation homes, land, horse property and more.
